Allen G. Abrahamson
Microsoft Communications Specialist, State & Local Government Unified Communication Specialist

Allen came to Microsoft from the Disney Corporation almost 10 years ago. His primary focus as a member of the US State and Local Government Specialists Team is in Communications and Voice with an emphasis on Security. Allen also has a strong background in Active Directory and Management.  He has worked with many millions of seats to assist in their technology needs.

In recent month's Allen's primary responsibility has been to work with many different agencies across the country, including the State of Washington, State of California, State of New Mexico, State of Alaska, State of Nevada, as well as many large and small counties around the country.

Allen lives in Washington state with his beautiful wife and daughters (2) and can be found in the skies above the Puget Sound area in his plane when time permits.

Barry Murphy
Director, Product Marketing, Mimosa Systems, Inc.

Barry joins Mimosa Systems from Forrester Research, where he was a Principal Analyst covering records management, content archiving, and eDiscovery. His past experience includes covering content management, business process management, and Web services technology as an analyst with The Delphi Group. At Delphi, he led many consulting engagements for technology end users, focusing on how to best use technology to solve business problems. Prior to Delphi, Barry was a management consultant at the boutique eBusiness strategy consulting firm eMaven. In this role, he was responsible for both creating technology strategies and for managing projects to execute those strategies. Projects included re-engineering, Web content management software implementation, and portal software selection. Barry began his career in advertising with the DDB Needham agency.

Barry has spoken at numerous industry events, including the Forrester IT Forum, AIIM Conference & Expo, the ARMA conference, and LegalTech. He has been quoted in publications including the Wall Street Journal , KM World , Red Herring , Computer World , and Intelligent Enterprise, and has appeared as an industry expert on outlets such as CNBC.

Barry received a BS from the State University of New York at Binghamton and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

James Burke, Information Systems Manager, City of Safety Harbor

James has worked in the IT department of the City of Safety Harbor for 8 years and in that time has led the Microsoft domain migrations from Windows NT to 2000 to 2003, along with Exchange migrations from 5.5 to 2000 to 2003.

James has a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of South Florida and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer in Windows Server 2003 and Windows NT.
