Rick Chin has more than 10 years of leadership experience building effective and forward-looking IT infrastructures for fast growing financial companies. Chin brings a strong combination of IT, business management, legal, and technical expertise to drive innovation and rapid enterprise growth in the mortgage industry. His strategic approach to building a business-focused technology foundation is reflected in his work as Senior VP of Information Technology at Pinnacle Financial Corporation, facilitating national expansion and growth from 250 to 1400 employees in three years and producing up to $5.5 billion in yearly revenue. Prior to Pinnacle, Chin played a key role in the initial growth of Taylor, Bean and Whitaker (now a top 15 lender) from 80 to 550 employees. Previously, he founded and operated a successful consultancy practice, serving 400 clients in 30 different industries.
