Kevin has extensive experience in all pre-trial, trial, and post-trial phases of federal court litigation. He has also lectured extensively on various topics including document retention and eDiscovery issues in federal litigation. As a litigator in Lord, Bissell & Brook's business litigation practice group, Kevin will share best practices and case studies for email retention and regulatory compliance.
