Manager – Test Automation

Role:
This individual will be responsible for the development of enterprise class test automation applications for search, browse, discovery and complex work-flows for email management, compliance and legal discovery. Leverage Microsoft client and server side technologies, C#, .NET and VB scripting to architect and implement the end-to-end applications.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must have very strong problem solving skills, high creativity, and the ability to discuss advanced technical concepts at an abstract technical level.
• Must have strong understanding of quality concepts, test plans and test automation.
• Must have extensive experience developing, delivering and supporting enterprise class applications addressing complex business requirements.
• 10+ years developing, and leading the development of rich client and browser applications in a 3-tier architecture with extensive use of complex and highly scalable and high performance database systems.
• Significant experience implementing complex browser-based applications and thick client applications with deep understanding of overall application architecture, data modeling, data management and data presentation.
• Must have the ability to develop high-quality and advanced applications using C#, VB, .NET, JavaScript, VB, XML, ADO, SQL and stored procedures.
• Must have deep understanding of key security concepts, including authentication, authorization, privacy, and non-repudiation.
• Strong understanding of performance and scalability

Desirable Skills and Experience:

•  Developing applications for Microsoft Exchange Server, Outlook and OWA.
•  Have deep knowledge of the Microsoft Active Directory-based enterprise architecture.
