Profile:
Steve is a nationally recognized authority on Microsoft Exchange designs, having spent the past decade reviewing, developing, and deploying some of the largest Exchange implementations in the world.

Since 2002, Microsoft has hired him to create courseware, co-author books and to create Exchange, Windows Server and security training programs at Microsoft's TechEd and MEC conferences.

He is also a frequent contributing writer on Exchange issues for national technology and trade magazines. Steve is one of the few who have served as an Exchange MVP five years running and spends his spare time speaking on Exchange deployment issues at various Microsoft conferences and events.

Over the last five years Microsoft Consulting Services has regularly contracted Steve for various high-end consulting engagements, including hosted Exchange environments and international Exchange Server environments with over 65,000+ seats.

In addition, Steve is regularly called upon to assist with planning and design sessions for migrating Lotus Notes and GroupWise environments to Microsoft Exchange.

He is the owner, editor and a regular contributor to http://www.outlookexchange.com, an on-line resource for Exchange administrators and system designers, as well as an author for Exchange & Outlook Magazine, Exchange Administrator, .NET Magazine and Windows IT Pro.
